このメッセージボードは、2011年3月11日の、東日本大震災の被災者に向けたお見舞いです。
“Condolence”(お悔み、哀悼)は震災で亡くなられた方に向けたもので、“Praise”(賞賛)は壊滅から復興を成し遂げた方に、“Encouragement”（激励）はいまだに震災と福島原発事故に起因する困難と闘い続けている方に向けて彫りました。
あの悲劇から10年が経過しましたが、我々が決して忘れてはならない出来事です。
改めて、ご存命の被災者、お亡くなりになった犠牲者、両者に向けて祈りを捧げたいと思います。彼らの永遠の平和と幸福を願って。

Carved on March 11th 2021,
This message board is a sympathy to victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011. I carved the words “Condolence”, for those who were killed by the tragedy, “Praise” for those who accomplished revival from destruction, “Encouragement” for those who are still fighting against hardship caused by the earthquake and Fukushima nuclear accident. Ten years have past since that tragedy, but this is something we must never forget. Once again, let us pray for the many victims still living, and those in heaven. Forever, grant them peace and happiness.
